We will also appreciate knowing beforehand the scope of our work. Will we just come around, put our sweepers to work, sweep and collect the trash in a pile and be on our way or will we also be tasked with disposing of the collected rubbish?  Do you have your own waste disposal site or will be responsible for finding such a site or landfill for your waste? Again, this will only help us to come fully prepared for the job.

When would you like us to come in?

When making your booking, let us know a date and time that is most convenient for you and we will be sure to check against any appointments that we may already have lined up in order to fit you right in.

 We are very flexible and open to coming in after-hours in order to ensure that there is very minimal disruption, if any, to your daily activities. Let us know if this is the kind of arrangement that you are looking for and we will do our best to ensure that you get what you need. 

Simply put, give us a time that works for you, and if it also works for us, we will definitely be there. If not, rest assured that we will work with you to find another equally convenient time for the service. We are a professional company who honor all appointments and rest assured that if we are supposed to be on-site at a particular time, then we will definitely be on-site at said time.

How long will you need us for?

How much time our time will spend working on your street, roadway or parking lot will depend on a number of factors.  If you are unsure of how long your job may take, our experts will be more than glad to help you out. As a matter of fact, our approach has always been to make a site visit, ask some questions here and there, and based on the assessment and the information collection, make a more conclusive decision on how much time your job may take. It would be a real inconvenience for both parties to agree on a 3-hour period, only for the job to take double that time.

What kind of paperwork will you require?

We will provide you with a contract agreement to sign before we can start working on your job. Our team will also send you an invoice for the services rendered. If, there are any other documents that you may need us to furnish you with for filing and referencing, our team will be more than happy to do so.
